- The president’s post had been vacant since Roger Binny stepped down in August
- Rajeev Shukla, who had been serving as interim president, continues as vice-president.

- Served at the J&K Cricket Association for 4 years.
- Coached various teams, including RCB, Punjab Kings, Gujarat Titans, and Bangladesh U-19.
- Former member of the BCCI sub-committee for the Jammu & Kashmir Cricket Association
