India finished fourth at the Commonwealth Games 2026 held in Glasgow, winning a total of 39 medals: 13 gold, 17 silver, and 9 bronze. Despite a pared-back sports program that excluded traditional strongholds like wrestling and badminton, the contingent delivered stellar performances.

Boxing: 7 gold, 3 silver (10 total) : led India’s campaign with a historic performance.

Weightlifting: 8 total medals, highlighted by Mirabai Chanu’s gold.

Para-Athletics: 6 medals, marking a stellar milestone.

Judo: 4 medals, including historic gold finishes.
