Job Description:
(A) Strategic Role:
- Development of business with an aim to increase and maximise the market share of Altius Sports in India and the SAARC region.
- Identification and segregation of potential markets in the above region across segments such as schools/education, real estate, architects, clubs & associations, pay and play facilities, local government.
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management.
- Contribution to the brand development and business growth of Altius Sports.
- Client Relationship Management.
(B) Organisational Role:
- Help in defining the business goals for the short & medium term.
- Consistent and thorough follow-up in order to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
(C) Operational Role:
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding target profitably.
- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects & competitor activity.
