Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ) is a ‘not for profit’ organization started by sports legends Geet Sethi and Prakash Padukone with a mission to help Indian athletes win Olympic gold medals. In the last two Olympics, 5 out of the 8 Indian medal winners were athletes supported by OGQ viz. Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom, Gagan Narang, Vijay Kumar and P.V. Sindhu.

Responsibilities :
- Support in identification and selection of talented medal prospects for the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Asian Games and 2024 and 2028 Olympics and Paralympics.
- Provide research inputs on athletes, coaches and world class training facilities.
- Performance evaluation of all athletes supported by OGQ.
- Data analysis and generating regular reports.
- Follow all the tournaments where athletes participate in India and abroad.
- Generating insights from data collected through Athlete Management System (AMS) used by OGQ.
- Travel for training and competition as and when required.
- To carry out any other research and data analysis projects as the case maybe.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputed institute in any field involving data mining and analytics.
- Deep interest in Sport and good knowledge of the Olympics and Indian athletes.
- Strong working proficiency in MS office tools like Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Excellent Communication & IT skills.
- Relevant work experience in sports field if any.
- Knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau will be an added bonus.
