Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation of events inclusive of; sporting events, concerts, and any other events.
- 6 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, guest-oriented operation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are required. Ability to perform a wide variety of supervisory responsibilities with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of audience control techniques and principles. Demonstrated knowledge of principles of operation of a public assembly facility.
- Budget planning and experience.
- Possess the highest integrity and ethical standards.
- Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
- Demonstrated project management skills with coordinating efforts among various departments and staff levels.
- Ability to analyze procedures to ensure effectiveness.
- Detail-oriented – Ability to keep accurate and detailed records.
Preferred Education & skills:
- Master’s degree in Sports Management.
- 6 years of experience working in the sports and entertainment industry.
